Assistive Communication Technology for Elderly Refugees with Limited Literacy

Problem

Many older people affected by humanitarian crisis have limited to no literacy.  This creates a significant communication challenge in refugee camps as older people are often unable to understand the signs for food and water distribution and registration.

Task

Design a simple tool or solution to help older Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh who have limited literacy know where to go for their food, water, registration.  Information that is communicated pictorially is helpful. Whatever you come up with needs to communicate the day, activity, and time.
