Problem

Emergency care is a highly burdensome cost for hospitals and people with real emergencies do not get care as quickly as they should due to ER traffic of those with preventative or primary care issues.

Task

Create 1) an implementation plan, including a screening protocol for basic health metrics (e.g. BP, HR, glucose), to intercept those in underserved neighborhoods for a health screening to determine acute and non-acute medical concerns, and refer them to the appropriate healthcare professional.
