Problem

Doctors do not have an efficient way to stay in contact with family and caretakers of geriatric patients to be updated on patient’s status. There is confusion and wasted time regarding caretaking schedule, procedures, and medication regime.

Task

Create a platform that connects all those involved in the care of the patient (doctors, patient, professional caretakers, patient family, etc.). Caretaker scheduling, medication regime, mood and behavior logs, doctor’s notes, etc. should be included.
