Problem

Disease preventionist organizations need a better way to predict disease outbreaks so they can more effectively allocate resources.

Task

Create a program that ingests social media feeds and ICD-10 codes, aggregates them, and visualizes the search terms to direct priorities (e.g. Ebola, Influenza).
