Smart Hospital Technology to Improve Patient Mood and Satisfaction
Problem
We use technology to make the hospital experience more efficient and effective, but can increasing patient psychology both improve patient health as well as make their visit more efficient? We have the ability to control room temperature, lighting, all discharge systems. How can we adapt this to monitor and control patient mood and emotion?
Task
Participants should formulate a hospital system using technology to improve the efficiency through patient satisfaction. Winning teams may have the opportunity to present their system to the board of hospitals that work with NCR-SHE.
